Introduction

Welcome to Chatbots AI! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Chatbots AI provides custom AI-powered chatbots tailored to businesses. Our services include chatbot development, integration, and support. We do not guarantee that our chatbots will operate without errors or interruptions.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • You must not use our chatbots for unlawful, misleading, or malicious activities.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that any chatbot deployed complies with your business's legal and ethical guidelines.

  • By using our services, you grant Chatbots AI permission to use your business name and logo in our “Our Clients” section and other promotional materials. If you wish to opt-out, you may notify us in writing at any time.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.

  • Refunds will only be issued if the service provided does not match the agreed specifications or if Chatbots AI fails to deliver the chatbot as promised. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion.

  • Refunds will not be issued for changes in business needs, lack of use, or customer dissatisfaction due to factors outside of Chatbots AI’s control.

  • Users may cancel their service with one month's notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Chatbots AI is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • We do not guarantee that our chatbots will meet all business needs or that they will always function without errors.

5. Privacy & Data Usage

  • We respect user privacy and are committed to protecting personal information.

  • We collect and store user data only for the purpose of improving our services and ensuring functionality.

  • Our website uses Wix's built-in analytics tracking to collect data on user interactions. This may include IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the website.

  • By using our services, you consent to this data collection and usage as described above.
     

6. Referrals

  • Referrers receive 50% of the revenue earned by Chatbots AI from the referred customer during their first three months.

  • A referral is considered successful if the referred customer remains subscribed for the full three-month payout period.

  • If the referral cancels their plan before three months, payouts will only be by the referral's subscription. E.G., a referral cancels after two month's resulting in two month's paid to the referee.

  • New customers must confirm their referrer by providing the referrer’s name and email address.

  • There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make.

  • Chatbots AI reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

7. Termination & Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

  • We may terminate or suspend access to our services if users violate these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in the United Kingdom.
